Following settlement of the Offer, the Offeror will hold a total of 178,934,751 shares in the Company, constituting approximately 95.74% of the shares and votes in the Company. The completion of the Offer remains subject to fulfilment or waiver by the Offeror (in its sole discretion) of the closing conditions set out in the Offer Document, other than the Minimum Acceptance condition as fulfilled on 8 September 2021, and the Regulatory Approvals Condition as fulfilled on 30 September 2021.
